- Job Overview:
The Wellness Call Center Representative/Appt Setter is responsible for heavy outbound and inbound patient/client calls and education for our Annual Wellness program. In this high-volume patient contact role, you will be the point of contact for our patient population to schedule/set up tele video and in home Clinician visits along with effectively explain the benefits of the Annual Wellness Program

**Requirements**:
- Proficient in both English and Spanish
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
- Mexican documents
- Call Center Experience for over 6 months
