**Carry Out Supplies Appointment Setter Role**
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by setting up appointments with potential clients.
The main process requires calling customers and explaining products and services over the phone with the primary goal of generating new business opportunities by booking appointments or providing a warm transfer to the sales team with potential clients.
Best performers are organized and efficient in their work. They must be knowledgeable about the company's products or services. Then log in to our phone system to perorm calls to pre-qualified leads and do the initial reach out to them. The goal is to get the potential customer interested enough in the product or service to agree to meet with a sales representative. They are natural conversationalists and can engage different personalities in a courteous and professional manner. They are results driven and self-motivated, but are also thick-skinned, meaning they can handle rejection well. Lastly, they are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Aside from contacting potential customers and gauging their interest, Appointment Setters may also be responsible for updating the database with customer information. Sometimes, they also conduct follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule missed appointments.
Appointment Setters are familiar with fast-paced environments and are often expected to make a high volume of cold calls.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company
- Research potential clients and generate leads
- Qualify prospects based on their needs
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients

Pay: From $21,000.00 per month
