**Responsibilities**:- Identify and segment potential clients on LinkedIn.- Send personalized messages to prospects to generate interest in our products/services.- Schedule appointments for the sales team using appointment management tools.- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies.- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in prospecting or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).- Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a prospecting tool.- Excellent written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Results-oriented with the ability to handle rejection.**Compensation**:- This position is contractor-based.- **Base Salary**: $1,000 per month.- **Commission Structure**:- 10% for booked calls that close on any account not assigned to the CEO.- 5% for accounts assigned to the CEO.- Commissions are based on the first three months of the client's engagement with us.
