**Job Title**: Appointment Coordination Expert (ACE) - Customer Service Representative

**Compensation**: Earn up to $5,000 weekly!
**Objective**:
Appointment Coordination Experts (ACEs) are ListenTrust's customer service representatives.
They are responsible for persuading customers to visit our centers while educating and motivating callers about our solutions.
As the first point of contact, ACEs play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for ListenTrust.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from potential clients who have responded to our advertisements.
- Accurately record lead information in Salesforce (ListenTrust's CRM) and gather all necessary client details.
- Book appointments for callers at local centers to explore ListenTrust's services.
- Create excitement around the appointment, highlighting its value and encouraging attendance.
- Conduct outreach calls to individuals who have previously contacted ListenTrust.
- Be receptive to feedback, adapt to change, and continuously work on skill improvement.
- Understand the role's limitations, referring specific product or service inquiries to specialists.
