The business manages a substantial volume of warm leads each month and is seeking a proactive, personable Appointment Setter & Lead Specialist to enhance the appointment-setting process and increase conversion rates through personalized phone outreach.
Lead Engagement: Make initial contact with leads via phone, text, and email to set up property viewing appointments.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for high-end apartment rentals, aiming for high show-up rates.Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any questions. Lead Management: Track all interactions and updates in our CRM system to maintain an organized lead pipeline.Client Interaction: Provide a pleasant, outgoing, and professional experience for all leads. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.Familiarity with Houston area geography (preferred but trainable).Strong communication skills: Outgoing personality with no call reluctance.Tech-savvy: Ability to use CRM tools and adapt to new software quickly.Detail-oriented and resourceful: Able to handle a high volume of leads and maintain an organized approach.Preference for female candidates due to a perceived softer approach in client interactions.
