Appointment Setting/Customer Service

**Overview**We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our dynamic roofing company.
In this role, you will play a key role in connecting potential customers by scheduling appointments and nurturing leads.
You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, responsible for presenting the company's services professionally and persuasively to book appointments for roofing inspections, estimates, and consultations.
**Key Responsibilities**:**Schedule Appointments**-Handle outbound calls to book appointments for homeowners, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
**Customer Interaction**-Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
**Follow-Up**-Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build ongoing relationships.
**Qualifications**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
