If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as APQP and Customer Satisfaction Engineer, based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.As APQP and Customer Satisfaction Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to a Quality Manager.Your tasks will be:Develop and submit PPAP's documents for new products.Own and lead assigned Program / Product 8D's.Coordinate to analyze, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer or internal quality issues during the launch process.Analyze and troubleshoot internal quality issues during mass production.Responsible for providing accurate analysis and on-time response for customer complaints for products under launch process and serial into customer portals, or as customer required.Coordinate timely completion of dimensional capability, gauge certification, and R&R signed approvals, dimensional studies on finished goods with road maps as required.Effective launch transition to production.To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have:Education in any engineering-related field.Computer package management.3 to 5 years minimum of experience in the quality field.Experience with ISO / TS-16949 and ISO 14001 requirements desirable.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.#J-18808-Ljbffr
