Ensure the implementation and standardization of preventive systems to work processes through advanced quality planning. Ensure compliance with the activities of the APQP department.Your tasks will be:Coordinate the process of preparing, reviewing and updating control plans for products in the prototype, pre-launch, production and engineering changes stages using the specific quality characteristics defined in the FMEA, through a multidisciplinary team.Coordinate the preparation, notification, monitoring, review and control of PPAP packages sent to clients for approval, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements customer specific (AIAG & VDA).Review, approve, control, notify, and follow up on PPAP packages received from the supplier ensuring compliance with client-specific documentation requirements (AIAG & VDA).Lead, coordinate, control, notify, and monitor the release of process areas or machines in launch, prototype phase in salable phase, when the production layout is modified or when there is an engineering change that affects it or upon completion of the validity period of the certification.Coordinate, quote, train, control, and notify the calibration and verification of inspection and testing equipment.Review, follow up, and approve quality masters.Implement best practices found throughout the plant and reduce costs.Ensure compliance and enforcement of IATF/ISO 14001 standards.Identify and control the quality characteristics of the product.Train and guide the APQP team.To succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.+3 years of experience in the area of quality, preferably in the Automotive Industry.Knowledge of AIAG core tools (FMEA, PC, PPAP, MSA), control of measurement and test equipment, clearance of modules and machines, and good command of Excel.
