Requirements: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related. Minimum 3 years' experience as a process engineer. Intermediate / Conversational English. Experience in statistical control. Initiative and proactivity. Analytical skills. Results oriented. Experience: Prepares APQP and PPAP documentation for each product from launch phase/engineering changes such as master drawings, programme structures, prototype and special order fixtures, production packaging diagrams through to production delivery and follow-up. Responsible for ensuring product compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate and ensure submission of necessary documentation and information to administrator for loading and modification of items (catalogues, routings, bills of materials, descriptions, previews, usage, standards, etc.) as well as loading information into CNC machines. Perform documentation and validation of process flows and parameter changes in standards and applications for new items and engineering changes. Responsibilities: Develop and document early stages of APQP product design based on customer input. Generate master drawings, packaging diagrams and all necessary information for the manufacture of new items and engineering changes. Follow up on prototype manufacturing and pre-production runs. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders as required. Job Type: Full-time
