Knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and Reverse PFMEA. Knowledge of supplier PPAP process. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience in 8D reporting and advanced troubleshooting and analysis. Experience in blueprint reading and interpretation. Experience in Customer audits, IATF-. Experience in line release audits, Mistake Proofing evaluations and manufacturing equipment evaluations.
