**Your Job**
Quality planning of productions development and transfer. Plan and control products qualify from beginning of projects initiation to mass production; ensure products deliver to production smoothly. Identify/evaluate/execute customer requirements to improve the quality of new products development/transfers and enhance customers satisfaction.

Accountable in providing Guadalajara Management team data support and facilitation of customer quality related issues. Has the authority to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the quality management process is maintained and improved
**What You Will Do**
Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices (6S).
New product advance quality planning, develop production process quality control documents (CP, SIP), as well as train the QC/operators on product quality requirements.
Identify and resolve quality issues that happened during development to improve the quality performance of new products. (Process abnormity resolving/8D/Process Audit)
Verify that the product and process meet the design requirements, complete Qualification plan, Measurement plan.
Review customer quality requirements, communicate with customers to get the agreement. PPAP submission and push customer approval. Support internal and external audits and process customer approval.
Plan and develop gauge for inspection, process capabilities and MSA validation.
Supplier development and validation, supplier PPAP package reviewing.
Organize and plan Safe launch, and implementation, evaluation, and improvement.
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Quality and Environmental systems by following stated policies and procedures including compliance to Quality Mgt systems, IATF 16949, and Customer Specific Requirements. Contribute as a member of the internal audit team.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, quality, or management field
- Minimum of two years' experience in automotive manufacturing or quality-related field, or equivalent education and training.
- knowledge in the IATF 16949
- APQP Knowledge
- Ability to travel as necessary to customers, suppliers, or other Molex locations, including international sites.
- Statistical and Quality Tools. Application of SPC, Gage R&R, design of experiments.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related standards.
- Quality system auditing
