Facil North America, Inc., is seeking an Accountant (Receivable) for our Toluca branch.

Position Summary As an Account (Receivable), you will be part of a dynamic team, providing excellent service to the AR department. You will be responsible for the complete and timely invoicing of delivered goods and services. In addition, you will follow up with the debtors in close cooperation with the sales department by preparing and analyzing the overdue reporting. Next to that, you will be co-responsible for the management of credit risk.
A close cooperation with the purchasing department is key to success. Dunning the customers is crucial to getting the right information in our system and to our supply base.
Checking and managing master data for completeness and correctness between the customer and Facil will be one of your main responsibilities.
You will report directly to the AR Supervisor.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.Experience of 3 to 5 years in an Account Receivable position.Figure minded & analyticalGood planning and coordination skills.English proficiency is a must, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
