Facil North America, Inc., is seeking a Temporary AR Accountant NA for our Finance area located in Toluca, Estado de México. This is a temporary vacancy for 3 to 6 months to support the finance team.
Position Summary Our AR Accountant (Temporary) is responsible for the complete and timely invoicing of delivered goods and services, daily booking of all cash receipts, and clearing of the debtor accounts. This position reports directly to the AR Supervisor NA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow up with the debtors in close cooperation with the sales departmentPreparing and analyzing overdue reportingDunning the customersCo-responsible for the management of credit riskAssistance with and preparation of the month-end closingsChecking and managing the customer master data for completeness and correctness, finding and correcting differences and inaccuracies and managing changesKey User of credit management tool: automation and digitization processes within the A/R areaProactively contribute to the realization of improvement processes in the own departmentMake adjustments in the SAP systemAssisting in external audit processesBeing a backup for the 2nd AR AccountantQualifications Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equal experience is requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts ReceivableKnowledge of local/regional accounting legislation and accounting and tax standards of ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an assetDemonstrable experience in implementing process changes is an assetInsight into business processesStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities; ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex information and apply it to practical situationsRequired knowledge of MS Office and Intermediate level Excel skillsBasic level of EnglishEnd to end process orientedHighly accurateHands-onFacil North America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
