**JOB DESCRIPTION**Satellite Teams are in search of AR /Collection Specialists who will be responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from customers. The AR/Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers with past due accounts and set-up acceptable terms of repayment.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Identify accounts with overdue receivables and keep records of the amount owed to the company and create acceptable payment terms.- Maintain accurate logs of communication with customers and the status of their payment arrangements through QuickBooks Online to provide accurate reporting for the weekly AR Call.- Communicate with the sales department to maintain accurate and updated information on client accounts and payments- Process customer payments, account adjustments and customer refunds where appropriate- Review customer accounts for accuracy and handle disputes to make sure that account information is entered and maintained appropriately**QUALIFICATIONS**- Experience with General ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service Management- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Google products including Gmail and GoogleDrive- QuickBooks Online knowledge is required- Excellent communication and organization skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy are imperative- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to relate well with a variety of personality types- Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a high-stress, fast-paced environment- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals**ABOUT SATELLITE TEAMS**Satellite Teams is a global professional employer organization with offices in Los Angeles - USA, Manila - Philippines, San Jose - Costa Rica, Mexico, and Poland.
