This position seeks an AR Manager who will oversee and manage the entire process of Accounts Receivable and Collection. Client Details Our client is industry Global Business Center with a strong presence in San Luis Potosi.
Description Oversee and manage the entire process of Accounts Receivable and Collections. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve AR processes. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting. Work closely with customers to ensure timely payments. Manage and resolve any AR issues that arise. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to AR. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Profile A successful AR Manager should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience leading a team 7 years of experience in AR. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
