You will coordinate with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects.What You Will DoAssist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents.Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.Produce architectural drawings.Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.Your QualificationsBachelor of Architecture or Interior Design or foreign equivalent.Licensed or registered architect.4-8 years of project experience in mixed use.Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience.Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on various project types.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relations.100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.Additional software skills in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus.Life at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
