Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer I - Site Planner, who will provide design support for Ware Malcomb offices. The Architectural Designer I - Site Planner is responsible for assisting in the development and production of site planning concepts by performing zoning code research, coordinating architectural and civil drawings, designing, and reviewing site plans for new and existing land developments. The role requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
