.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Objective: To manage and oversee the development and assembly of prefabricated modules, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the construction process from factory manufacturing to on-site integration.Company Overview: Domo Modular is a leading modular manufacturing and real estate development company in the steel modular construction industry.

As a privately held startup experiencing rapid growth, we seek adaptable and organized professionals to support our innovative approach.Experiencia y requisitosKey Responsibilities:Act as Program Manager for prefabricated modular construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Communicate project updates to MDI Leadership.Collaborate with the DOMO Design and Development team to create standardized modules that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Support the translation of designs into production drawings alongside MDI Engineering teams.Review project building designs and their effects on MDI module production.Supervise the assembly of modules on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.Minimize disruption to neighborhoods while managing supply chain issues and seasonal variations.Perform quality assurance reviews of final finishes to ensure compliance with permit drawings.Manage the supply chain and associated construction costs, utilizing patented connection systems to optimize welding time.Implement practices that promote sustainability and project efficiency.Work closely with engineering, construction, and legal teams to ensure project viability and compliance with local regulations.Coordinate approvals of engineering and manufacturing changes in compliance with state and local jurisdictions.Develop Requests for Information and Supplemental Instructions from design consultants on behalf of MDI.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience 6-10 years in design, real estate development, or the construction industry; minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, preferably in modular or prefabricated construction.Advanced knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD/Revit), project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office), and an understanding of building codes (IBC/CBC).Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish; legally authorized to travel to the United States for site visits and meetings.Work Location: MDI Facility, Tijuana
