Area Manager Cosmetics - Mexico

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales promotion:
- Customer link at all levels management, purchasing, logistics...
- Customer offers, samples, negotiation & follow usp
- New product sales & development
Push strategy:
- Maximizing commodities and getting new items with sales
Customer visits & meetings:
- 12 days x month.
Planning of impacts:
- Visits and other impacts.
Exhibitions presence:
- Develop old and new contacts
Sales operations:
- Preparing ACK and communicating/relaying to customer
- Instructing on launching POs to suppliers when necessary
- Instructing logistic department on how to ship product. (batch assignment, carrier, timing, costs…)
Reporting:
- Use of the CRM
- Daily impacts, visits, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Customer sheets evaluation and suppliers.
Forecasting & budget:
- Yearly budget preparation
- Monthly analysis & follow up on the budget
- Forecasting of sales for stock & PO management
- Helping defining corporate stock policy

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy (not mandatory)
MBA is a plus
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Cosmetics Sector in Mexico
Experience in Cosmetic Business Development
High Negotiation skills
