Area Manager Cosmetics - Mexico

RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales promotion: - Customer link at all levels management, purchasing, logistics...

- Customer offers, samples, negotiation & follow usp

- New product sales & development

Push strategy: - Maximizing commodities and getting new items with sales

Customer visits & meetings: - 12 days x month.

Planning of impacts: - Visits and other impacts.

Exhibitions presence: - Develop old and new contacts

Sales operations: - Preparing ACK and communicating/relaying to customer

- Instructing on launching POs to suppliers when necessary

- Instructing logistic department on how to ship product. (batch assignment, carrier, timing, costs…)

Reporting: - Use of the CRM

- Daily impacts, visits, phone calls, emails, etc.

- Customer sheets evaluation and suppliers.

Forecasting & budget: - Yearly budget preparation

- Monthly analysis & follow up on the budget

- Forecasting of sales for stock & PO management

- Helping defining corporate stock policy

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy (not mandatory) MBA is a plus At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Cosmetics Sector in Mexico Experience in Cosmetic Business Development High Negotiation skills Frustation High Tolerance Experience planning Business Meetings Hunter Commercial profile Team worker and Autonomy Influence Capacity Team worker and Autonomy Focus on sales and results Strong communication ability
