Area Manager - Human Api

Job Title: Sr. Area Manager From SF Mexico, we are looking for a person to join our Human API Division as Sr. Area Manager:

Responsibilities: Develop and propose a market strategy. Elaborate and follow-up a sales budget. Prepare commercial actions. Promote sales and manage purchases. Analyze and interpret data or elements of the environment: customers, markets, products, country risk, accounts. Follow up and control of accounts: agent commissions and customer credit. Perform amicable collection actions with customers. Draft and supervise the execution of contracts and other legal acts: CDAs, CPAs, supply in coordination with the Legal Department when necessary. Build communication supports to customers: offers, update of developments, etc. Promote studies (economic, financial, marketing, statistical...) to supervise the evolution in their area of activity: customers, markets, and products. Give public presentations: internal and external. Solve problems, correct incidents, and propose improvements in their area of activity. Integrate solutions or processes: sales processes and market development processes. Write reports and recommendations in their area of activity. Supervision, direction, and daily support to collaborators (agents, represented...). Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in a similar position within the API industry. High level of English.
