We are part of a globally recognized Korean company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Area Sales Manager to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and strengthen our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, initiating strategic discussions to meet client needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and customer satisfaction metrics.Negotiations: Handle contract negotiations and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.Client Visits: Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and close deals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in the technology or surveillance industry.Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.English proficiency is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and growing company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply:If you are passionate about sales, have a strategic mindset, and enjoy building lasting client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!Please send your resume and cover letter to ****** with the subject line "Area Sales Manager Application".Hanwha Vision México is an equal-opportunity employer.
