Arkik Business Development Analyst

ARKIK BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYSTAs part of the CEMEX Ventures team in the Arkik company, the Business Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the strategy to increment sales and revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. This includes identifying new ways of reaching existing markets through research and recognizing new business opportunities (including new markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services).
Responsibilities: Have a good understanding of Arkik's products and services and be able to advise others about them.Understand the needs of Arkik customers and respond effectively with a plan on how our product meets those needs.Assist in the development of the business sales and marketing strategy.Generate leads and cold calls with leads and prospects.Meet with customers/prospects/leads face-to-face or virtually to present our products and services.Elaborate client quotes/proposals and draft contracts for review by legal areas.Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.Help plan sales campaigns.Follow up the sales pipeline.Assist the Business Development team in negotiating price reviews with customers.Assist in sales forecasts and analysis, and present findings to management teams.Seek the appropriate contacts within the organization.Build trust with prospects.Qualification and depuration of the pipeline.Follow up on leads.Influence customers and close leads as soon as possible.Manage market changes.Demonstrate management skills to deal with difficult people.Maintain updated knowledge about the product, service, and market.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar.Willingness to work in Software or Services Sales.Technical Skills:IT skills, including the use of MS Office, SAP.MS Dynamics, HubSpot experience desired.Soft Skills:Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.Written and verbal communication skills for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally.Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.Decision-making skills.The ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Project management and organizational skills.Negotiating skills.The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports.Internal Collaboration: Marketing Area.Administration Area (AP/AR/Controllership/HR).Product Development.External Collaboration: Consultants.Marketing agencies.Prospects.At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
