ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityOur Content Art Designer role is a specialist with a specific skill set centered around art direction and design.
A successful candidate must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative assets, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics.
Additionally, the Content Art Designer must have the ability te generate a design system to tell a story with full consistency.
Is responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for our North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs.
The Content Art Designer must have strong skills conceptualizing and following a creative processes for Packaging Design, POS creatives, master graphics or key visuals, digital assets as well as setting files for printing.
Will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions for content creation and development.Need to possess presentation and creation skills to support requests for editing and creating presentation templates from scratch.Your ImpactAs Content Art Designer your responsibilities would consist of:Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touch points like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads.
Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closelyAdaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads, presentations, etc.Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials/packaging design when neededPrevious experience with developing creative assets: banner ads, hero images, digital assetsAbility to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when neededEditorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal useRapid prototyping (quick mockups or renders)HIGH aptitude to learn new things & sense of urgency to get things done.Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
Present designs to clients for approval Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.
