**The opportunity**
99ads is looking for an Art Director's assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the Art Director in achieving the agency's goals, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
**Important things**:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
- **Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards**:Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- **Understand marketing and branding principles**: This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
- **Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.**:
- **Task management**: Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Research**:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
- **Participate**:Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Fluent English (C1 - written and verbal)
At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director/similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their ad formats
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills
**Additional Requirements**
- Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.
- Available immediately
**Commitment Required**
- Online hours: Must be available online Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm CET
- Monday - Saturday (if needed)
