Our ideal candidate is passionate and driven, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills.This position will work closely with fellow designers and cross-functional teams to design, create, and maintain the visual experience of curated content for social, digital, and offline formats.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou're a design thinker as much as a crafter. You understand cultures, you're open to new experiences and you're a tastemaker with impeccable and progressive aesthetics.You're confident with your creative thinking, you ask questions, you contribute to the overall creative process, and make work better through positive collaboration.In this role, you'll wear many hats, you have experience and specialize in creating interactive platform projects, crafting digital marketing assets for a wide variety of channels, and designing meaningful UI for products.You'll be responsible for elevating the craft for some of the world's most beloved brands, you make sure that designs are awesome and in line with expectations.You'll help to translate creative/client briefs into thorough design briefs.You go above and beyond the brief to push what's possible when it comes to design opportunities and aesthetics.You'll help to ideate and create style proposals, sketches, and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches.For some projects, you set the style; for others, you help safeguard predefined styles.Requirements:You're a technically skilled designer with 3+ years of experience as a designer or art director crafting digital designs and advertising materials.As showcased in your portfolio, not only are your Photoshop skills so slick, they look shopped, but your design thinking gets them talking.You're a master of Figma / Sketch.You're a great collaborator and enjoy working with clients and colleagues around the world.
