We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.We do so via:Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance; Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; andPartnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Artwork Coordinator role will make an impact:Key responsibilities for this role include:- Process new artwork requests in a timely manner, prioritizing in accordance with any due dates for creation or implementation (Competent Authority or Business Commitments).- Collate and create accurate design briefs and instructions for artwork studios, in collaboration with Regulatory, Packaging Site and Commercial requirements / instructions.- Perform design checks on artwork to ensure compliance with design brief / instructions and national guidelines.- Ensure artwork reviews and checks (content and technical) have been performed by all relevant departments before releasing AW for implementation, including collating and requesting amendments to artwork identified during the approval process. Where required and according to Packaging Site requirements, review and approve Production Print Proofs.- Confirm and Communicate implementation instructions to the packing site, including invalidation instructions for superseded artwork.- Coordinate Artwork Requests within the Global Change Management Artwork Systems and any related data bases, ensuring correct documentation has been completed and uploaded.- Create SKU records for New Product Launches and maintain existing SKU records where already available.- Provide support with any identified artwork queries / risks / issues, escalating to Artwork Supervisor and / or Artwork Compliance Manager where necessary.- Support and report on local artwork related projects.- Perform other duties assigned by the management or supervisory team as and when business needs require
