**What You'll be Doing**:
- Undertake artwork to the client's brief and exacting digital standards.
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and resourcing team
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing, and production opportunities
- Take responsibility for continued professional development
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
**What You'll Need**:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an ad agency or creative firm on the creation of digital assets and campaigns
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once
- At least 3 years of experience working on projects within brand guidelines
- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
- Experience in management of artwork collateral
- Excellent customer service, teamwork and time management skills
- Accurate and consistent completion of timesheets
- You must be confident with clients, and have a consistent record of taking, interpreting and delivering design projects, within very tight timeframes.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working with Digital Deliveries, including; Social assets, Digital Banners and OLV
- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint is an asset
