We are focused on campus, branch, mobility and the IoT to transform business models with the combined power of compute, context, control and secure connectivity.**How you will make your mark**:- Support the Project Managers on a variety of different projects, including owning and driving portions of the overall project- Participate in system and tool testing (UAT/MTP) and communicate key findings to the Project Manager- Create and update reports on a weekly and monthly basis- Support day-to-day transactional processes including partner quoting, orders and reporting, including global deals- Manage transactional escalations from the sales team and bring to resolution- Coordinate with regional channel teams and sales ops to align on requirements- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize, enhance and drive continuous improvement- Create end-to-end process documentation, including step-by-step processes with owners and regional differences- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve and deliver better value to the customer and partner- Attend IT design sessions and represent the channel perspective- Manage and track partner communication of key global initiatives- Manage and maintain document repository in SharePoint and internal sites with up-to-date and key information- Provide support as needed for ad-hoc projects- Create presentations, set agenda, host meetings, and present content to internal teams on processes and policies- Bring forth open items, outline solutions, and drive to closure**About you**:- Bachelor's or equivalent focus in business or economics- Typically, 5-10 years work experience in operations or related functional area
