Aruba Strategic Sales Program Manager
This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.**:

- ** Lead Sales Programs to grow the Sales Pipeline and improve the Sales experience**:
- ** Support development of Plans for implementation of new or enhancements for sales tools associated with Sales Programs**:
- ** Execute Project plans for implementation of new or enhancements for sales tools associated with Sales Programs**:
- ** Partner with Aruba Sales Regions and Stakeholders for annual and Ongoing setup activities for sales tools associated with Sales Programs**:
- ** Partner with Aruba Sales Regions and Stakeholders for Sales Enablement plans and execution**:
- ** Support development of communication and training documents for Sales Programs**:
- ** Support development of Metrics to measure success**:
- ** Support development of the Processes for Sales Programs**:
**_ About you:_**
- ** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent**:
- ** 6+ years of experience managing Projects and/or Programs**:
- ** Project Management certification is desired, but not required**:
- ** Program and Project management experience and skillset**:
- ** Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results to Sales and Functional Stakeholders**:
- ** Excellent analytical and problem solving skills**:
- ** Strong team player & able to collaborate with others in complex organizational structures**:
- ** Effective facilitation and influencing skills**:
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:
- ** Mastery in English and local language.**:
- ** Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools**:
- ** Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills are desired**:
