).Owner of the SPS Cards 1A, 1C, 3B, 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 5A, 6C, 6D, 8A for the Plant.Ensure the maintainability of the production tool by implementing the TPM and associated skills.Manage continuous improvement concerning line architectures, capacities, capability, and time referential.Identify the full potentials for medium & long-term improvements in all areas (Lean Diagnosis approach).Ensure the profitability of investments adapted to the needs of optimization and development process.Define the organization to implement for new projects (or increase/decrease volume of production) to optimize DVC & MBC costs.Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.Direct and assign resources to create and maintain overall plant processes capacity/capability while ensuring safety & quality.Identify needs and address actions to match equipment capacities against volume of production in mid and long-terms plans.Procure and allocate resources on identified capital investments required to improve facilities, equipment, and/or process utilization.Lead design and optimization of warehousing processes including performance analysis and measurement (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.Administer through a workflow and update the product master database, in concordance with the product life cycle.
Accountable for data consistency in information systems for Operations.Lead & track CAPEX, OPEX & Cost Reduction initiatives.Coordinate Engineering Changes Implementation.Lead new or existing Product introductions.Manage Test Engineering Area.Responsible for Technical Antenna functions in the Plant
