New Entry Personnel- Operates mechanical units of automated production machinery or performs repetitive assembly activities requiringmanual dexterity and ability to work with simple hand tools.- Reports any equipment, tool or material problems to their immediate supervisor.- Is responsible for placing utensils in the assigned place and tidying up the work area at the end of the day.- Performs the assembly process with speed, quality and efficiency.- Punctually goes to the work place during the workday, respecting the assigned break times.- Complies with the policies and procedures established to work in a CME controlled environment (GMP's, GDP's, noNCR's, use of PPE, PM's, etc.).At Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
