This role is responsible for applying process, design, development and problem solving techniques to identify, evaluate and support the development of business processes / change, as well as ensuring QA standards and testing. This role must also have broad knowledge of some of the capital markets products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives and FX. Advance math skills are also required.ResponsibilitiesWork with the product owner to analyze and understand systems and processes from a front to back perspective as currently implemented and their strengths and weaknesses and thus identify the detailed client and business and technical requirements.Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback and evaluate the impact of changes.Manage requirements and changes on them. Review those requirements with the stakeholders for their approval.Help the business, product owner and IT team design the solutions needed to satisfy those requirements.Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers in translating user stories, requirements and designs into deliverable functionality to specifications and on time.Analyze and modify application code to properly deliver the required functions.Guide the Product Owner on the creation and development of test cases and acceptance criteria.Work with team along the process to ensure products are built according to definitions and acceptance criteria.Ofrecemos un buen ambiente laboral, prestaciones superiores a las de ley, la oportunidad para realizar voluntariado y/o actividades de Responsabilidad Social.
