Objetivo: Visitar a especialistas de la salud para promocionar y vender productos del portafolio de Estética construyendo una relación duradera y a largo plazo con ellos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Colaborar con el Gerente de Ventas en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
- Implementar y monitorear los planes requeridos para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
- Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones al Gerente de Ventas.
- Proponer iniciativas al Gerente de Ventas para mejorar los resultados de la división, así como comunicar los requerimientos financieros y de personal para lograr los resultados esperados.
- Visitar a especialistas de la salud para promocionar y vender productos del portafolio de Estética con base en las necesidades de los consumidores finales y resaltando las características y beneficios de los productos a ofertar.
- Levantar pedidos, administrar las órdenes y pedidos pendientes para garantizar la experiência del consumidor final.
- Crear una fuerte relación profesional con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y potencial.
- Desarrollar a los clientes actuales asegurando que asisten a los programas de Educación Médica de Galderma.
- Asegurar que el cliente entiende y experimenta el portafolio completo de productos.
**Perfil**:
Education/Training: Licenciatura terminada. Deseable en área médico-biólogicas
Work Experience: De 1 a 3 años en ventas. Preferente experiência de 1 a 3 años en productos/dispositivos médicos estéticos, o de alta especialidad.
