Coordinate international travel arrangements (itineraries, tickets, transportation, hotel, and car rentals).- Submit expense reports timely and accurately, maintaining all documentation according to control guidelines- Execute AMEX reports for Sr. Directors, and support L.11 IT Leads LATAM.- Serve as Administrative Assitance to LATAM CIO Vicepresident, covering vacations and time-off of LATAM CIO assistance- Maintain calendars and schedules for on and offsite meetings/events- Maintain organization charts and contact list- Ensure local invoices are paid timely, accurately and the with the proper approvals using myBuy, Concur or Amex- Plan, control and organize dufferent events in different LATAM locations (e.g. off-site meetings, celebrate success meetings, planning sessions, etc.) events in Guatemala and abroad.- Phone call screening and scheduling of conference and video communications.- Support in different administrative processes to IT Leads Sr. Directors, like create purchase orders for IT vendors, forllow up on Accounts receivables, follow up on workflow approvals- Create and follow up different request in Service Now, related to SW and HW request acquisitions- Support Administrative Services for an efficient office operation- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters and materials- Work on special projects as needed**Education**:- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related**Experience**:- 1-3+ years experience in similar position.- Expert knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office for Windows; including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and presentations for high level reviewTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Trabajo desde casaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Asistente Administratvio: 4 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11700, Ciudad de México
