**Tasks will consist of**:
- Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with customers.
- Ensure customers' requests are fulfilled in timely manner and according to Company's procedures
- Enter and verifying data
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Working closely with sales and marketing department.
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Giving presentations.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
**Requirements.**
- Completed Highschool.
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred
- 1+ year experiance in Collections preferred
- Finance or Insurance experience is preferred
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Active B1/B2 Visa
