**Position Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.
Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Hiring for an part time, home-office position focused on marketing/social/web development.
It will also include some customer service, as well as general office duties.
The prime focus will be on the marketing side though.
We need someone with the drive, knowledge, and ability to confidently develop our marketing without needing an inordinate amount of direction.

- Create and execute marketing program
- **managing social media**, as well as running ads for you across those platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Manager assistant / Organizing and maintaining office operations
- Assist in marketing and trade marketing activities (e.g.
social media, pos and web)
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data for marketing projects
- Perform market analysis and research on competition from a packaging, promotion, POS, etc.
perspective.
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update data entry projects (Legal Contracts, etc.)
- Lead the development (vision, ideation, launch, monitoring, and analysis) and execution of social media strategy and content curation for all key product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, brand and retail moments.
- Create weekly and monthly social media performance reports with analysis and recommendations on optimization for consistent growth for channels.
- Develop and own outbound community management engagement tactics to foster community growth.
- Produce weekly schedules for all imagery, tags and captions, and make edits as needed for each account and planned post.

10 am 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Skills Required:

- Experience in Marketing and sales
- Team manager
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable
- Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, CRM, and other relevant software
- Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trends
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management
- Great organization, time management, and prioritization abilities plus.
