- As a Sales Assistant at Givaudan's, you will participate in performing administrative and clerical tasks in order to ensure efficient operations of the office/business unit and support account managers in their duties, according to company's policies and local requirements**Could this be the challenging environment you're looking for?** It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships. In this position you will:
- Perform office duties: type up documents, perform filing, update computer records, use office equipment like printers, photocopiers and fax machines
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies
- Ensure office equipment is functioning by completing preventive maintenance requirements and managing repairs.
- Schedule meetings and ensure venues and equipment for meetings. Take notes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Make travel arrangements for staff.
- Receive phone calls and re-direct callers to the desired recipients
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials, conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents

- A university degree with a minimum of 2-3 years work experience
- Fluent English & Computer literacy
- You're described as open-minded, enthusiastic and confident, with excellent presentation skills
- Experience coordinating teams and meeting deadlines
- Good team player, who takes the initiative
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- The request for medical certificates of non-pregnancy and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) as requirements for entry, permanence or promotion in employment is prohibited._
