Asistente Contable

Assist the accounting department in book-entry operations, fixed assets, exclusivity agreements review, prepare an analysis of accounts as requested,, lease accounts reconciliations, reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process, support with corporate requests, Initially the person will cover the maternity leave of one of our team members but if it works the person will probably stay in the team.

**Responsibilities**
Assist the accounting department in book-entry operations, forecast, fixed assets, reports, petty cash settlements, review of travel expenses reports, prepare an analysis of accounts as requested, assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, account/bank reconciliations, review and process expense reports, reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.

**Qualifications**
- Experience of two years or more in similar positions
- Experience working with accounting systems in English
- Ability to work as a team and under pressure
- Focused on meeting targets
- High multitasking abilities and organizational skills
- A great team player and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
