**Asistente de Almacen de Insumos****Your task and Responsabilities**:Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.Updating of information sheets of the warehouse management system product catalog.Development and standardization of methodologies and processes to provide inventory reports, material consumption and registration processes in the warehouse management system Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Eriodically share reports of stock and product consumption to supervisors.Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Support to the Procurement area Management, control and monitoring of the deliveries of agrochemicals and fertilizers based on the requirements of the programmed cycle and storage capacity.Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment Order new supplies in a timely manner Optimize employee workflow.Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.Make suggestions for productivity improvements.Development and documentation of methodologies for the optimization of receipt, delivery and inventory management.Handling and disposal control of hazardous waste.Who you are:BS Degree on Business Administration, Logistics or related academic field with 4+ years of experience.
Strong experience on labor relations, administrative controls and Inventory.
Teamwork; strong communication and influence.Basic level of English language is required.Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal and communication skills.
