**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**
- This position is directly responsible of accounts payable process, in addition support directly the Finance area in special projects and prepare reports that are needed and requested.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
- Fully process in Account payable
- Review aging items from Accounts 21020-21023-21025
- Prepare and review Holds reports
- Review invoices in past due status
- Codify NON-PO invoices.
- Support to the supplier issues.
- Resolve issues about payments.
- Work with Mark View platform to process PO invoices
- Request vendor account statements
- Assist & support to Finance department.
- Support fiscal and taxes information.
- Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.
- Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.
- Comply the Eaton Business System (EBS), in foundations, Planning, Growth, Functional Excellence, Assessment and Learning, mainly in the Eaton Business Excellence (EBE); ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and its tools (such as: Eaton Quality System (EQS), Eaton Lean System and Six Sigma-ELS, HR Operating Review and Employee Survey.
- Know and comply the Policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Environmental Safety and Security and Health (MESH).
- MESH compliance and follow up of policies and goals
- Support MESH to accomplish goals and objectives related to environment and safety
- Report any act or condition not safe.
**Calificaciones**:
**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**
REQUERIMIENTOS BASICOS
- BS Degree in Accounting; Financial or related field from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years prior in similar position,
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish (50%) required.
CRITERIOS DE LA POSICIÓN

- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Oracle is a plus.
