**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree
- English (85%+)

- Advanced Office
- Understanding of KPIs in an industrial environment
- Basic technical knowledge of functional areas and operations (multiplants expertise)
- Project Management
- Basic knowledge of Communication and Public Relations
- Executive Presentations
- Strategic Planning
- Problem Solving
- Electronic Systems BPCS, ESSBASE, TRESS etc.
**General Functions**:
1. Consolidate and analyze business plans, recoveries plans and strategies to prepare executive reports.
2. Proactively coordinate the required activities of the assigned functional area to manage the business. This involves understanding and interpreting the key metrics of the assigned area.
3. Ensure the availability of information on activities derived from strategic planning, status, and actions.
4. Perform data analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement in the management of information and administrative processes. This means ensuring the logic and coherence of the information, identify deviations and request actions from the owners. Data query in electronic systems (BCPS, ESSBASS, TRESS, etc.) when applicable.
5. Make presentations at the executive level.
6. Management of administrative activities (Making and sending minutes, taking attendance, scheduling meetings, making expense reports for the immediate supervisor, etc.)
7. Comply with the Quality and Environmental Management System and Corporate Policies.
