The Finance Operations Clerk is responsible for assisting with the duties tasked to the Finance Operations team associated with the billing and recovery of funds pertaining to Check Cashing, RIA Digital, and other functions.**Responsibilities**:- Answer incoming calls as needed, resolve agent inquiries, create and provide payment receipts to agents when requested.- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.- Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly.- Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.- Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.- Be persuasive, persistent and self-motivated. Show empathy, assertiveness, tact and resilience.- Must be available to work on Saturday's on a rotating basis- Other tasks as assigned**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per monthWork Location: One location
