We are looking for a talented **TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE** to join our specialized **HUMAN RESOURCES** team for our **CUMMINS** plant in **JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA.**

In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

- Operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including hiring reporting, document control and compensation analysis.
- Coordination of the hiring process, from bid review to new hire onboarding.
- Logistical management of recruitment initiatives such as apprentice and young talent programs.
- Assisting with recruiting events.

You will need the following:

- Experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of internal HR and recruiting policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR systems.
- English communication skills (oral and written).
