Have You Ever Dreamt Of Making An Impact On The World?Become to Brand AssociateIf you are inspired by our commitment to improving patient care, this role might well be what you have been looking for!Main responsibilities:**Primary Job Function**:- Being an integral part of the marketing team to maximize brand performance, drive profitability and growth, and launch new products.- Participates in brand strategy discussions to shape the development & execution of the annual brand plans- Works collaboratively with the marketing team to execute digital & social programming, packaging & collateral updates and promotions- Helps to synthesize into key insights for business in order to develop strategies accordingly to market conditions- Develop and implement action plans for the appropriate management of secondary brands of the division- Support Senior Manager in programs and/or activities of his/her brand(s) within the assigned portfolio- Guarantee that sales reps have the necessary tools for their promotion as planned- Accurate management of the P&L of the secondary brand(s) assigned to him/her- Establish an adequate diagnosis of the situation of the brand(s) under his/her responsibility integrating all the relevant aspects of the business (prescriptions, sell in, sell, out, internal sales, competitors, new products, etc)- Continuous review of market trends and variables in order to predict possible market changes- Understands and controls the P&L of the secondary brand(s) assigned to him/her in order to maximize financial results of the organization- Develop and distributes promotional materials to generate demand of the secondary brands of the organization assigned to him/her.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in any related field. Engineering Degree is also desirable.Minimum Experience/Training Required:Sales representative experience (desirable but not limitative)No experience managing brandsAnalytic capabilitiesTeamworkAbility to interact with KOLs, medical associations and wholesalersCreative thinkingPlanning skills
