Under the supervision of the HR Specialist, Sanimex III, is responsible for providing all clerical support to the HR functions, including: performing data entry, maintaining personnel files, composing letters and other administrative tasks

- 4. COORDINATE FEEDBACK TALKS WITH NEW ASSOCIATES, PROVIDE REPORTS.
- 5. DELIVER PAYROLL RECEIPTS TO ALL DEPARTMENTS.
- 6. SUPPORT TO GET INFORMATION RELATED TO AVILABLE VACATION DAYS FOR WORKERS.
- 7. FACTORY WORKERS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ADMINISTRATION
- 8. MASKS ADMINISTRATION
- 9. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS -MAINTAIN RECORDS.
- 10. PREPARE WORK LETTERS
- 11. NOTIFY FOREMAN ABOUT WORKERS CLOSE TO HAVE 3 MONTHS (TEMP TO PERMANENT)
- 12. RECIVE GUIDE AND SUPPORT WORKERS.
- 13. COPYING MACHINE SUPPORT.
- 14. CAKES -ORDER AND DELIVER.
- 15. PROVIDE TO PAYROLL- VACATIONS, LOANS, AND PERFORMANCE FORMATS.
- 16. CAPTURE INFORMATION RELATED TO LOANS AND SEND THEM PAYROLL
- 17. TRANSPORTATION REPORTS - BUSES THAT ARRIVE LATE.
- 18. UPTADE INFORMATION IN HR TVS AND BOARDS.
- 19. RECIVE, REVIEW AND DELIVER TO PAYROLL- VOLUNTARY ECONOMIC SUPPORT.
- 20. RESIGNATION FORMATS CONTROL AND DELIVER TO PAYROLL FOR TERMINATION PROCESS.
- 21. PREPARE DIPLOMAS AND LETTERS FOR BEST CASTER.
- 22. PREPARE DIPLOMAS AND LETTERS FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH
- 23. PREPARE DIPLOMAS AND LETTERS FOR FOREMEN OF THE MONTH
- 24. PREPARE BEST CASTER PRESENTATION FOR RECOGNITION EVENT
- 25. PREPARE EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH PRESENTATION FOR RECOGNITION EVENT
- 26. PREPARE ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS FOR NEW ASSOCIATES
- 27. SUPPORT TO ASSOCIATES RELATED TO BANK AND FOOD COUPONS CARDS REPLACEMENT.
- 28. PURCHASING REQUISITION - PREPARATION AND FOLLOW UP.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUERIMENTS**
High school education. Six months experience with administrative support, Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must have excellent people, communication and organizational skills. Strong PC skills to include Word and Excel
