.Under the supervision of the HR Training Development Supervisor, is responsible for providing support to the HR functions related to training and development for new hires at production school programs.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Execute the shop floor training program: control, prepare and review the production training material, provide theoretical productions & HR courses at training room, deliver prepared production trainees area.2. Maintains constant labor relationship, coordinate meetings and request support from general supervisors for the production school, review area training needs.3. Maintain updated metrics and results from production school programs, maintains accurate and timely trainees record-keeping and processing, support in how to fill production areas Skills Matrix documents and elaborate training skills badges and (check list of activities) by apprentice.5. Interview and selection of production trainers, also define & negotiate with General Production Supervisors trainers promotion, define compensation and uniform for them.6. Trainers formal training (Internal instructor course, collaboration and trust, dealing with staff, teamwork), ensure development skills for trainers and how to conduct the shop floor training plan.7. Programming and coordination of the graduation8. Audits of graduate trainees (check list)9. Analysis of the behavior of turnover and absenteeism of the apprentices product schools.10. Analysis of rejections due to defects in the apprentices product schools.11. Plant gemba walks at training lines.12. Authorization of vacations, permits, overtime of trainees.13. Management of instructors and trainee, Instructor feedback on trainees evolution.14. Assist personnel with general questions related to their payments, control, review and process of the payments ordered by the court to be deducted from payroll to be paid to ex-spouses15. Perform administrative functions supporting others Training and Development coworker, assist in the new hire orientations process, assist any other office tasks as needed, relieve HR Clerk for lunches and absences.16. Support all the personnel events in the Plants, in charge of the T&D stationery supply.17.
