As we expand our growth in Mexico, we're seeking a Technical Program Associate to help us scale and manage our operations.In this role, you will use your engineering knowledge and manufacturing experience to support the execution of custom part production projects. Working directly with our U.S. manufacturing partners, you'll ensure that projects meet customer specifications, stay within budget, and are delivered on time. Your role will focus on managing a variety of manufacturing projects while coordinating schedules, resolving production issues, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and manufacturing capabilities.This is a growth-oriented position where you will contribute to improving existing processes and helping our Technical Project Management team succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Support project execution from start to finish to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.Work Order Coordination: Assign and oversee manufacturing work orders with our partner network to meet customer deadlines.Production Support: Provide guidance on technical questions raised by manufacturers to ensure quality production.Change Order Implementation: Evaluate and implement post-sale changes while minimizing associated risks.Continuous Improvement: Identify workflow improvements and contribute to strategic and tactical enhancements.Communication Management: Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to address challenges, share updates, and encourage collaboration.Desired Traits and QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or related field.2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or hardware project management.Fluent in written and spoken English; experience in multicultural environments is a plus.Familiarity with at least three manufacturing processes:CNC Machining (Required)3D PrintingRapid ToolingUrethane CastingSheet Metal FabricationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines
