Job Summary: The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.
Position Responsibilities: Production assembly, and test processesMust have the flexibility to test units according to completion dateFollow 5S standards for areaSafety Sensitive RoleKey Competencies and Success Factors: Safety oriented, self-motivated brazerGood verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skillsDetail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitudeMust have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environmentMust have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requestedExperience and Skills Required: Education standard: High school diploma or equivalent desired but not requiredMust possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurementCompletion of basic Forklift Training, Safety Orientation, Crane CertifiedBase Pay Range 2024(for Colorado Residents): $18.00 - $22.49 (Based off experience)
