Assembly of pumping equipment following established guidelines and procedures, taking measurements during assembly and filling out the necessary records, with the goal of self-safety and that of co-workers. Responsabilidades Esenciales
Under strict monitoring of the assembly procedure, verify according to the list of materials provided that each of the components matches the part number and material specified by Engineering. Any discrepancies must be reported to the supervisor.- Properly fill out the log checklist sheet, which will include important data such as IRR, Series, Work Order, Casts, among others for the traceability of the equipment.- Assemble the components in the order described in the procedure, taking care of the integrity of itself and that of the parts during the maneuvers.- Deliver the completely completed and signed check list to document control when the equipment is sent to the next process- Correctly use the measuring instruments to verify the tolerances required in the assembly of the equipment.- Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe work days- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times.- Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment- Clean, organize and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness- Carry out one security observation per month and report it to the security area.- Report your full work time in the EPICOR system using a work order/production order- Occasionally apply paint touch-ups to finished equipment Requisitos del Puesto
